Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Last Updated: September 5, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of RodFamTravel.com, operated by RodFam Private Travel (“RodFam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
WEBSITE PURPOSE
This website provides general information about RodFam, our travel-planning approach, and potential travel experiences. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, confirmed reservation, professional advice, or guarantee of any travel service.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confirm travel arrangements, reserve availability, or obligate either you or RodFam to proceed.
TRAVEL-PLANNING SERVICES
Any travel-planning or hosted-travel services will be governed by a separate written proposal, service agreement, invoice, booking confirmation, or other applicable terms provided before services are confirmed.
If these website Terms & Conditions conflict with a signed client agreement or confirmed booking terms, the signed agreement or confirmed booking terms will control.
AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
Travel availability, pricing, taxes, exchange rates, schedules, amenities, and supplier terms may change without notice. Quotes and proposed itineraries are not guaranteed until all required agreements, approvals, deposits, and payments have been completed and written confirmation has been issued.
RodFam is not responsible for price increases, currency fluctuations, inventory changes, or unavailable services occurring before confirmation.
THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SUPPLIERS
Travel services may be provided by independent third parties, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, guides, wineries, activity providers, and other suppliers.
These suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or controlled entities of RodFam. Their services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, waivers, cancellation rules, and privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RodFam is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, or insolvency of an independent supplier.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES
Travelers are responsible for:
• Providing complete and accurate information
• Reviewing itineraries, names, dates, prices, and booking details before approval
• Making required payments by stated deadlines
• Obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documents
• Understanding destination entry, exit, health, vaccination, and customs requirements
• Reviewing current government travel advisories and local laws
• Arriving on time for flights, transportation, tours, and scheduled activities
• Advising RodFam and applicable suppliers about accessibility needs, allergies, dietary restrictions, or other important requirements
• Acting responsibly and complying with supplier rules and applicable laws
Entry into a country is determined by government authorities. RodFam cannot guarantee that any traveler will be admitted to or permitted to remain in a destination.
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND TRAVEL RISKS
Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, crime, political instability, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, and other events beyond RodFam’s control.
Travelers are responsible for evaluating their personal health, mobility, comfort, and risk tolerance and for obtaining appropriate medical or professional advice when necessary.
RodFam does not provide medical, legal, immigration, financial, or insurance advice.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
RodFam strongly recommends purchasing appropriate travel insurance. Depending on the policy, coverage may include trip cancellation or interruption, delays, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, lost baggage, and other unexpected events.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing policy terms, exclusions, limits, and deadlines. RodFam does not guarantee that an insurer will approve or pay any claim.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, change, credit, and refund terms may vary by supplier and travel arrangement. Applicable terms will be provided in a proposal, client agreement, invoice, booking confirmation, or supplier documentation.
Some deposits and payments may be nonrefundable. RodFam cannot override a supplier’s policies and does not guarantee refunds or credits from third parties.
